OKay, I did it!


I just finished my workout. I walked 2 miles outside and keep in mind, I have inclines here and i just did a mile on the elliptical. So, I'm off to a good start on Friday and Hopefully, my brain will steer me in the direction of very healthful foods today at the grocery. I think I'm going to make the dieter's soup. Ahh, you know the famous recipe. Chicken broth, tons of veggies and lots of tomatoes. Now you know why they call it the dieter's soup and of course it is a big fat goose egg on the weight watchers points! I love that!
