Guess what? It's not raining! Whoo hoo. We are going outside for most of our day today! Yippee, a perfect way to end the week and begin spring break.

Jack is off on his trip to Dauphin Island, of course not with out major drama last night. The list of things they are to bring on this trip are a pair of old yucky shoes that they can just toss away. Well, Jack has a pair of those and we were jazzed b/c he could wear them and then just leave them down there of course that would be if he could find them last night. There was something definitely shady going on with him, b/c he said he wore them down to the crawfish hole out back yesterday but it was strange b/c they were no where to be found. I mean come on, our house isn't that big. He kept insisting that he took them off somewhere but couldn't remember where. Rick and I thought he lost them down in the hole but he said no, he took them off but couldn't remember where. rick was mad, i was upset, we were all looking for the shoes that we knew weren't here but where could they be? anyway, after lots of tears and yelling, we found some old shoes that he could wear. i mean, he even had kate feeling bad. joe said he didn't wear the yucky shoes in down to the hole yesterday but he said he did. ugh! anyway, rick took jack this morning to school at 5:15 to load things on the bus and he saw our neighbor and was telling her all about the shoe drama. her son, said, oh yea, jack those have been at our house since it snowed on sat. haha! well, there it is, the truth bubbles to the top, i knew he didn't take them off here. he didn't want to get in trouble for wearing his good shoes down to the crawfish hole so he was stuck, he had to keep the story of i took them off somewhere. it would have just been better if he would have said, oh they're at seth's, we could have called up there and gone and got them. KIDS!
