A little yoga information;)


Hi. I just finished my very challenging yoga dvd. I always save that one for Friday as it gets me through the weekend. This dvd has my favorite stretch, the runners stretch. I love it because it really works the hip area and our hips are huge storage for stress. So try this when you have time. one leg stretched out behind with knee facing the floor, the other leg is in front and bent with your foot close to your other thigh then reach out and down and let all the stress go! Ahh, it gets the award for the best stretch ever!! stay there as long as you want and then switch sides.;)
