Beach Ready!

I  read that caffiene is great for reducing the appearance of cellulite and with spring break and swimsuit season just around the corner, I thought this was kind of interesting. Haven't tried it yet.
You can temporarily reduce the appearance of cellulite with an easy, do-it-yourself coffee body scrub. You will need:

One cup freshly brewed coffee grounds (any brand)

One egg white

One tablespoon olive oil

Note: The egg white can be substituted with one-half cup brown sugar.

Mix the ingredients to a paste (experiment with the quantities to create a texture you like), and then proceed to the nearest shower.

Apply a small handful of the paste to your cellulite zone (most likely the backs of the legs, thighs, and butt), and rub the mixture in gentle, circular motions. Feel free to increase pressure to a vigorous, brisk scrub (however, this should not be painful at all).

Rinse completely, or allow the paste to sit on your skin for five to 15 minutes. This would be an excellent time to show your hair some love with a deep conditioning mask. The wonders of multi-tasking beauty!

Each ingredient plays a crucial role in producing soft, smooth, and most importantly, firmer skin.

The coffee grounds are a fabulous manual exfoliant due to their natural texture. If you add skin-smoothing brown sugar to your recipe, this will double your exfoliation benefits.

The application process itself contributes to the exfoliation. The pressure on your skin is a form of massage. This increases blood flow and circulation to the area, leaving your skin glowing and happy.

The olive oil has moisturizing and skin-softening properties, and egg whites are a fantastic for tightening the skin. Maybe even throw on an egg-white mask while your coffee scrub is working it's magic.

Most importantly, the caffeine in the coffee grounds should temporarily reduce the appearance of cellulite for many women. Caffeine draws fluid out of your fat cells, causing them to temporarily shrink. Caffeine has been used for decades in anti-cellulite products. Most pills and creams available today contain caffeine.

This recipe is well known, loved and even approved by Dr. Oz.
