Paleolithic diet, cave man diet, hunter gatherer diet...I get it! But I'm not doing it!

I've been seeing a lot of recipes and people's statuses on facebook refer to the Paleo diet. Ugh! really? Why are they doing this diet? I am not a fan of diets, I am a fan of lean meat, fruits, veggies, nuts, whole grains and low fat dairy. This diet is low in carbs and our body needs carbs especially if you're exercising or a busy person. I think some people need a certain diet to get on track and to stay focused, I get that. But seeing the word Paleo  all over the social net works is slightly disturbing. Just eat healthy. It isn't that hard. Its all about choices and you do not need a celebrity diet to tell you that!
