Peter Peter Punkin Eater


Kate and Alex carved the two big pumpkins today. They look great! Kate saved all the seeds and I think I'll actually attempt to roast them. Pumpkin seeds are chock full of vitamins and fiber. They're so good for you!! Here is a recipe for roasting seeds. Enjoy!

boil pumpkin seeds in salted water for 20 min. let dry over night. melt 1tbsp of butter. mix butter, 1tbsp olive oil and seeds and spread on a baking sheet. bake at 300 degrees for 30 min.
