HI! It's Saturday evening and we are watching our second SEC game today. Well, I didn't actually watch the Alabama game b/c it was on at 11:30am. I just can't do those games. I was at the store while the game was on. I was buying lots of decorations for the homecoming party.
Jack stayed the night at a friends and so did kate. They will both be home soon.
I got a run in today which was so great!
I was reading about how some people are still undecided on who they will vote for. I just don't know how you can be undecided. Speaking of which, I put my new McCain/Palin sticker on my car. I retired the W sticker to the garage wall. The republican ticket is the only way to vote. Keep the country safe and non socialistic. We are not a socialist country!

We were at friend's yesterday for the Alabama game and the topic turned to politics. We were all on the same page and there was a very heated conversation about Hurricane Katrina and Gustav and Ike. Apparently there were alot of complaints from the New Orleans citizens displaced to B'ham for their own safety. Demanding FEMA checks, demanding narcotic drugs w/out proof of a prescription, they remembered to bring their cell phones and chargers and cigarettes but not formula or diapers for their own children and they were also high agitated that their luggage had to be searched prior to entering the shelter.
